How much does Wizeworks cost?

What happens when my free trial ends?
Subscribe from the Billing page in the app to keep going. If you don't, your account pauses, but everything you entered is kept. Subscribe any time and you'll pick up right where you left off. Quote, invoice and booking links you've already sent to customers keep working.
Can I switch from Housecall Pro or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload your customer export, match up the columns and preview everything before it's saved. Wizeworks catches duplicates, and if something looks wrong you can undo the whole import in one tap.
Does it work on my phone?
It was built phone-first. Add it to your home screen and it works like an app, with notifications. Job photos even queue up when you've got no signal and upload once you're back online.
How do customers get my quotes and invoices?
Text or email them a link. Customers open a clean, branded page where they can pick a quote option and sign, or pay an invoice.
Can customers pay online?
Yes. Connect Stripe and customers can pay invoices by card online. Checks and cash are just as easy to record, including partial payments.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Yes. Connect your QuickBooks Online account from the QuickBooks page in Wizeworks, then send your invoices and customers over with one tap. Wizeworks shows what's waiting, matches customers already in QuickBooks instead of adding them twice, and never enters an invoice twice. You can disconnect any time, and invoices already sent stay in QuickBooks. Prefer to do it by hand? You can still download files for QuickBooks to import.
Is my data secure?
Your company's data is only visible to your company. Job photos are stored privately and shown through links that expire within minutes, and every change is recorded in a history you can review.
